I have already closed my books for entries before 2024. This is the problem. When I try to make the time charges unbillable it wants to change my books and add it as income. I just want to delete or hide the old time charges so I can clean up my quickbooks and make old customers inactive but I can't do that when they have these unbilled time charges. (The customers have all been billed for these time charges using a different system. I didn't realize these were being entered as billable.

This sounds good but it doesn't work for me. I have over 5,000 of these old time charges. All of them are for $0.00! This is a ridiculous mistake in the Quickbooks online app. There needs to be a way to delete these entries with a batch operation.
