Getting quick books to update properly

I was trying to run payroll and got this message. You've retrieved the latest payroll update and validated your payroll subscription. We strongly recommend that you go on-line again before 11/04/2023 and update payroll. I've updated payroll 10 times since and still getting same message, and no taxes in paychecks. Can some one help me please?

Did not solve my problem. I have desktop version for payroll.

I have the same problem on QuickBooks Desktop.  Went through all the steps from the suggested link.  Did not resolve the problem.

To do this, here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  5. Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue and then Continue with my account.
    • If you don't already have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
  6. We'll email you a single use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
    • If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.
  7. Select to chat with us or Have us call you.

 

Additionally, QuickBooks offers a selection of reports that can help you manage your payroll and keep track of employee expenses. To guide you in customizing them to get the information you need, you can check out this article: Run payroll and employee reports.
