For United States (US) versions of QuickBooks Online (QBO), the ability to switch back to old version of the interface is unavailable.
We value your opinion and suggestions about how this feature works. I suggest submitting feedback to our Product Engineers. This way, they can determine how to improve existing functionalities and develop new ones to cater to the needs to improve user experience.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Feedback under Profile.
- Enter your product suggestions in the field box.
- Click Next to submit.
We can keep track of the status of our feature request by checking the Feedback forum page.
