Log into your QBO account. Go to Settings(gear icon top right). Under Your Company choose Account and Settings. On the company screen choose Billing and Subscriptions on the left. Choose the appropriate subscription tile and click Cancel Subscription.

To start the process, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an Admin User.
  2. Navigate to Settings ⚙ and click on Subscriptions and Billing:

    • Note: If the Subscriptions and Billing tab isn't visible, you purchased QuickBooks through a mobile app store.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, select either Cancel Subscription or Cancel Online. If you're discontinuing a trial, choose Cancel Trial.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
