interesting, usually everything works correctly. Most likely it was a mistake, because after entering the new card details and saving the changes, future payments will have to be applied to the new card.

 

If the money has already been withdrawn, then try to contact support, I think they will help.

Thank you for reaching us in the Community, Hart. I can show you the steps for changing the payment method for your subscription in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

If you're new to QuickBooks, you can update your billing information by going to your Settings and then clicking Subscription and billings.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Subscription and billing.
  2. Locate the plan you've subscribed to, then click the Billing details tab.
  3. Select Edit billing information to update your payment info.
  4. This will launch the wallet list from this view, you can update your payment method.

 

In addition, if you're new to QuickBooks, you can add users to your account and assign their designated roles in QBO: Add and manage users.
