Hello, Is there a way to close open Purchase Orders in bulk?

I can certainly understand how an ability to close multiple purchase orders at a time could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.
 

You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.
 

Here's how:

1. Use the Gear () icon, then go to Feedback.
2. Enter your suggestion(s) in the Have feedback? window.
3. If necessary, attach a file with your Camera () icon.
4. Select Next.

You also have the option of checking our QuickBooks App Store for apps which may be able to help you achieve what you're looking to accomplish.
 

For the time being, purchase orders can be closed individually while you're editing them. You'll need to switch their statuses to Closed, then save your changes.

You can use the a 3rd party tool to export your PO data to XLS, modify the field, remove the original data in bulk, and reimport the new data into QBO.
