Dear Team,
I need help. I had to move my QB for mac 2021 application over to a new drive after my macbook crashed during a failed OS update.
When I open the software and the company, I see my users that I have setup but whn I try to enter my password the dialog box just shakes as in "wrong password"
I have tried:
1. Restoring from backup - gives me an error saying "The Disk Image backup file could not be mounted. Either no valid password was supplied or the file is not in the right format."
2. Forgot password - code sent to email is not accepted.
3. I am able to open the sample company successfully.
Can someone help please.
