Do you hire a 3rd party bookkeeping company?
HI! thank you for the reply! Yes, and he lives out of the country... I don't "know" him exactly you know? I would hate to have our financial security in jeopardy! Thank you, Eric
Good morning, magerse.
Thanks for taking the time to reach out for support here in the Community. I'd be glad to show you how to set up the new bookkeeper in your QuickBooks Online account.
Here are the steps to get them setup as an account user:
The following linked article provides additional info on this process: Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online
Lastly, this link explains each user role and access right in QuickBooks Online. I recommend one of the Limited Accesses or Custom User if you have an Advanced account.
Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions. I and the rest of the Community will be here to help.
Thank you so much MorganB!!!
Ask "him" to have QBO US Accountant account to access your QBO account. I wouldn't recommend you run the bank feeds and you (or him) should import the data manually. Last consideration, open a separate Melio account for free to manage your bill payments and utilize the authorization feature.

Any specific concern with us? 8)
I noticed about your posting regarding QBD Mac 2016 earlier.
No!!! It's just my lack of information.
I am so sorry that I questioned fiat lux-asia. They provided me a link to a copy of a 2019 demo that works with High Sierra and are helping me secure a permanent license.
Hi @garyeskow.
I completely appreciate your wariness. The security of your information is a top priority. In public forums such as the QuickBooks Community it's important to keep an eye out.
Having said that, I'd like to assure you that we monitor and moderate this Community forum diligently. When you post a question and receive an answer, one of the key indicators to look at is the responders Level number.
Here you can see that Fiat Lux - Asia is a Level 15 which indicates that they have spent a great deal of time in the Community answering questions and providing help for many QuickBooks users.
We always appreciate any feedback and want to make sure that this forum is a safe and helpful place to get the answers you are looking for.
Please don't hesitate to drop in any time you have a question. We're all happy to help when you need us.
Have a great day!
So, purchasing a copy of Quickbooks 2019 from Fiat Lux-Asia is safe, right?
Yes for sure 8))
Thanks for responding, Lux! I'm just trying to confirm that you are able to purchase a copy from intuit!!!! Ready to go.
Thanks for all your help, Monica. I was able to order a copy of QB Pro 2019 from F. Lux after making sure that the trial versions worked on both of my computers. Gary E.
