Hi. I hope someone can help me. My bank changed my online banking login, because there wasnt an option to change user name on link I deleted it. Now I lost everything.

Hi. I hope someone can help me. My bank changed my online banking login, because there wasnt an option to change user name on link I deleted it. Now I lost everything.

Since you're bank change your login credentials, the bank account that's connected to QuickBooks will automatically be disconnected. For now, I encourage connecting your account again using the new sign-in information.

 

To connect it:

 

  1. Select Bank accounts from the Gear icon.
  2. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then select Continue. If you've already connected an account before, select Connect another.
  3. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  4. When you’re ready, select Connect securely.
