You can still access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account if the added region or location on your subscription is from a US-based address. Though you're operating your QuickBooks from India, this will not affect your user access when using QBO.
However, if your account subscription is from an India-based address, all QuickBooks products and service offerings for accountancy and the small business customer will no longer be available in India after the 30th day of April 2023.

Make sure you are using QBO US version, not QBO India version.
We had almost same issue, needed access from India to a US based account.
I was able to access the account from India without using a VPN by using this link:
