how can customers pay online

Allow me to guide you through how your customers can conveniently make online payments to you, Sunshine.

With QBO (QuickBooks Online) Solopreneur, you can easily sign up for QuickBooks Payments, allowing your customers to pay their invoices or estimates online. To enable this in your QBO Solopreneur account, please refer to the steps and graphics below:

  1. Log in as an administrator to your QBO Solopreneur account.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
  3. Choose the Account and Settings.
  4. Select the Payments tab.
  5. Click Find out more to begin setting up QuickBooks Payments.

  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup process.

Kindly take a moment to carefully review the Merchant Services Agreement to fully understand the terms, conditions, and responsibilities associated with your payment processing.

If you already have a QuickBooks Payments account, select Connect your payments account to link it with your QBO Solopreneur for seamless integration.

Once you activate the Merchant Service and enable online payment options for invoices, your customers will see a Pay Now button directly on their invoices. With a single click, they can securely pay their invoices online using their preferred payment method.

I'll share a resource that offers a comprehensive overview of supported payment methods and best practices for using QuickBooks Payments efficiently. Please note that while this article is specifically for QBO, much of the information and steps are also applicable to your QBO Solopreneur account: Receive and process payments.
