How can I add Invoice Numbers to A/R Aging Reports?

Is there any way to add invoice numbers to existing reports on A/R aging?  Or create a brand new memorized report?

How can I add Invoice Numbers to A/R Aging Reports?

Thank you for reaching out to us in the Community, @CLMArlene!

I'd be happy to help you with the steps in adding invoice numbers to your existing reports. You can customize your reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO) according to your preferences.

Let's go through the steps:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Find and open the A/R Aging Detail report.
  3. At the top right of the screen, click Customize.
  4. The Customize report interface will show. Under the Row/Columns section, click Change columns.
  5. Enable the invoice numbers by checking the Num box and reorder it by dragging. By default, you can drag it under the transaction type.
  6. Click Run report at the bottom right of the screen.

You can now see the invoice number in your A/R Aging Detail Reports. You may also activate additional columns of your choice by utilizing the customization options.

Additionally, you may check out this article to learn how to save reports so you can access them easily in the future: Memorize Reports in QBO.

If you have any other concerns about running reports, you're always welcome to reply to this post. Have a great day!
