I just started a new business, so i have 2 different business, how can I seperate them using quick book self employed

One QBSE/QBO account is for one company file. You must sign up for a new QBSE account with another email address to proceed.

Let me share some information and help you about managing your second business in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

Fiat Lux – ASIA is correct about subscribing to a new QBSE subscription to manage your second business. Also, we can only have one QBSE account per email address. You might want to use another email address when signing up for a new account.

 

To create a new account, you can follow the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Self-Employed sign-in page.
  2. Click Create account.
  3. Enter the necessary info. Make sure to use a different email address.
  4. Click Sign Up With Email.
  5. Follow the remaining on-screen instructions.

Hello any updates to Self Employed and having more than one business. Such as using the same email and/ or using one log in and being able to toggle between the businesses using one log in?

One email address is for one QBSE account and one QBSE account is for one company file. You should consider switching to QB Desktop Pro to manage multi company files with a single license. You can also use a 3rd party app to separately manage and pay your bills by ACH for free if required.
