I'll help you manage your accountant's email, cper.
First, you'll need to add your accountant again using their new email. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Manage Users.
- Tap the Accountants tab and enter your accountant's new email address.
- Hit Invite. Your accountant will receive an email with a link to sign in.
- Once your accountant signs in and accepts the invite, their status will change to Active.
- Click Next and Tap on Finish.
Then, you'll need to remove the accountant user with their old email address. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon and choose Manage Users.
- Tap on the accountant you want to remove. Then, from the Action dropdown, tap Delete.
- Select Delete to confirm.
