How can I export QuickBooks Online into TurboTax Business desktop app?

Then you may have 2 options

1. Convert your data from QB Online

2. Purchase a 3rd party conversion service (< $200)

Then you can export your QB Desktop file to TurboTax.

We'll need to convert the file to QuickBooks Desktop before we can import QuickBooks Online data directly into TurboTax Business software.

To start, install the trial version of QuickBooks 2021. Then, sign in to QuickBooks Online and download the migration tool.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to the QuickBooks Online account you want to convert using a supported web browser.
2. Select the URL and replace anything after /app/ with exportqbodatatoqbdt. The URL should say https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/exportqbodatatoqbdt. 
3. Click Enter on your keyboard.
4. On the Export Overview window, click Get Started.
5. Choose the Download tool to download the QuickBooks Desktop migration tool.
6. Once you download the tool, launch and install it, then click Next.
7. Accept the terms in the license agreement and select Next.
8. Select Complete as the type of setup, then Next.
9. Click Install, then Finish.

Once it is complete, you can now import the data to TurboTax Business.
