It seems like you're experiencing a browser-related issue. As an insight, QuickBooks uses cache to save all your preferences and load your page faster.
To confirm, let's start by accessing your account through an incognito window. Refer to these shortcut keys below:
Log in to your company, then turn off the dark mode. If it works, I recommend that you clear your browser's cache to remove historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. Otherwise, switch to a different supported browser.

This is the single worst user experience issue I have had thus far with Quickbooks. I/m not sure about this person but I've had the same issue for months without any of the suggestions you have working. And No, it's not a browser issue. I reinstalled on a computer from scratch with incognito and the issue resurfaced.
