How can I get the QuickBooks mobile app?

Depending on the operating system you have for your mobile device, you'll need to either access the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

For iOS devices, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Apple App Store.
2. Search for QuickBooks Online.
3. Select Free, then Install.
4. If you already have an active QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription, use the same login credentials to log in to the app.
5. Enter a security code if you see a popup window asking for it. 

For Android devices, go with these steps:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for QuickBooks Online.
3. Tap Install.
4. If you already have an active QBO subscription, use the same login credentials to log in to the app.
5. Enter a security code if you see a popup window asking for it.
