Join nowHi,
kindly i need to know how i can add my new client into my quickbooks online accountants client list. few days go i accepted new clients request as his accountant from email. i accepted that invitation and i was expecting it would be showed as a new client into my client list in quickbooks accountant instead it appears separatly as company. (like: when i sign in, it gives me option either to enter into my quickbooks online accountant or into my client quickbooks online company. But i want to see my client into my client list inside quickbooks online accoutant instead separate giving me option to enter in company (client) or to accountant

Hi there,@abdulmanan1990.
Thank you for reaching out to us. Let me help merge the new client to your QuickBooks Online Accountant company.
You can transfer clients to your wholesale billing plan to merge them into your account.
Here's how you can do it:
I'm also adding this article for more details: Transfer clients to your wholesale billing plan.

Dear Mich_s,
But i dont want to pay my clients subscription , he can pay his subscription by his own. Is there any other method , i think my client has added me just as a user , instead of adding me as his accountant. is that the reason i cannot add him in my client list. Or i cannot figure it out .
he sent me request as a user of his quickbooks that i accepted and started my work straight away. But now, when i sign into my id , it gives me two options either to enter in quickbooks accountant or to enter in quickbooks company file (Clients file).
i do not know how i can add him into my clients list , in my quickbooks accountant file . i dont want to pay his subscription.
Regards
abdoul
I can help you get this sorted out, abdulmanan1990.
You can select the QuickBooks account, then check on the client list. If you're unable to see the client's company, I've got the steps if you don't see the client on your client list.
Let's see which clients are connected:
For additional troubleshooting steps, please check this article: Find missing client companies in QuickBooks Online Accountant.
I also got some resources that provide details on how to manage your clients in QBOA:
