How can I pay an unlimited amount of bills via ACH when I already have an "Elite" subscription in QB? QB does not let me pay more than 9 bills.

When I try to pay more bills a message pops up saying that "the monthly limit has been reached, try again later this month". But I already have the highest tier in QB to pay an unlimited amount of bills via ACH. I tried talking to someone in QB Help, but they said that my "daily limit had been reached"??? and to try again the following day. I did that, but it is still giving me the same message. I am being forced to make payments directly from my bank acount.

I appreciate that you've taken the time to reach out to our live support team. I know how important it is to pay your bills via ACH, Celeste. Once you encounter a prompt "the monthly limit has been reached, try again later this month," it indicates that you have hit a payment processing limit for ACH transactions. I'll provide more details about this.

Each transaction is capped at $25,000 for ACH payments. Refer to this article for more information: Learn about QuickBooks Bill Pay.

Additionally, all customers have a 30-day limit for processing bill payments, regardless of having an Elite subscription. The total of all scheduled payments counts toward this limit, which resets 30 days after the withdrawal date.

Moreover, each account has a processing limit influenced by several factors, including payment history, risk profiles, and other considerations. You may have surpassed the maximum allowed transaction amount within the last 30 days, which is likely the reason for the error you encountered.

Although making unlimited payments through ACH isn't available, you might want to explore alternative payment methods or wait until the limit is reset.

Furthermore, you can generate an Unpaid Bills report to track outstanding payments in the future.
