I want to be a bookkeeper and am still learning QuickBooks. I wanted practice QuickBooks Online doing my own book using “Your Book”, but I messed up. Is there anyway I can delete everything and restart “Your Book”?
Hello there, Kayo1221. Yes, there is a way to start your book from scratch.
For QuickBooks Online account, we can start over your book by totally deleting your data or canceling your account. If it is 60 days old or older, we can cancel your account. Then, create a new company. Here's how:

On the other hand, if your book is less than 60 days old, we can reset your company data. The steps below will guide you thoroughly on how to do it.
If you're currently using QuickBooks Online Accountant, we may consider importing a blank QuickBooks Desktop file to start over: Refer to this article for more information: Start over in QuickBooks. You can also sign up for a new one using a different credential.

I don’t have a subscription. That’s why this way doesn’t work. I am using “Your Books” as an accountant. I am not talking about starting over regular subscription based book, I am talking about starting over the book for accountant.
Is there a way to start over “Your Books”?

Currently, there is no option to archive your books if you don't have a subscription. If you have availed of our trial version previously, you may need to cancel the current account and then create a new one.
Please take note not to re-subscribe to the canceled account. The data will still be available to the account for 365 days after the cancelation date.
