Glad to have you in the Community, acct.
I am here to provide you with valuable insights about changing the font size in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
It's important to ensure that the font sizes on your screen are appropriate for you to read. The font size depends on the website's font settings that you're using to access your QBO software. To adjust the font size, you can use your website's Appearance feature in their Settings. Here's how:
On Windows PC, follow Microsoft's guide to change your screen resolution in Windows. For Macs, refer to Apple's guide to modify your Mac display’s resolution.
It's important to note that the zoom feature in your browser can be activated without any notification. Here are the steps to increase the size of web pages on two popular browsers:
For Mozilla Firefox, please refer to the Mozilla support article Font size and zoom. for instructions.
For Google Chrome, please check out the Google support article Change text, image & video sizes (zoom) to learn how to change the size of the text, images, and videos on web pages.
Also, to view all pages correctly on QuickBooks Online, your computer's display settings should meet the following requirements:
- Screen resolution: It should be set to 1024x768 or higher.
- Dots-per-inch (DPI): It should be set to "Normal" or "100%".
Please note that it is recommended to maximize your browser window when working on QuickBooks Online, especially if your screen resolution is set to 1024x768.
Moreover, I'm adding this article in case you are experiencing pages that aren't fully loading in QuickBooks Online, three possible scenarios may be causing the problem: QuickBooks Online doesn't load correctly or has blank pages.
Please keep in touch if you have additional concerns regarding your preferred display font size or any QBO Payroll related matters. The Community is always here to help. Have a great week!
