If you already have an account for one EIN and you want to add a second company, please note that each company requires its own subscription. This means you cannot add another company under the same subscription. You will need to subscribe for another EIN (company).

I subscribed yesterday to QBPlus, Premium Payroll, and Quick Books Live Expert; however, I have not been able to sign into any of these platforms. Yet, I am able to sign into the Account Management platform, in which, I've changed my user I.D. and password and made additional updates. The message I received when attempting to sign on Quickbooks.intuit.com is "We didn't find any companies for that account."
What I'm gathering is that when my account was initially set up by the sales person, perhaps he didn't connect my Company with the account or subscription??
Please help me fix this issue. I've read articles. I've searched this community for also. I've reached out to customer service with no resolution. Thanks for any help you may offer to me. Dori

Before we route to our representative, let's check if you can log in to your QBO account using your private or other supported browser. Afterward, enter your email address or user ID and password.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our support again because I also found an ongoing investigation (INV-106814) regarding the error message when logging in to your QBO company file. It would also be helpful to mention the investigation number so they can easily find it and include you in the list of affected users.
