How do i Cancel my subscription

I've got some information and steps about canceling your QuickBooks Online account.

 

There are different steps for canceling QBO depending on where you signed up for your subscription. Here's how you cancel an account you purchased online or directly from Intuit:

 

  1. Log in to the Intuit Account Manager.
  2. Navigate to the menu screen and click the gear icon to reach the Settings page.
  3. Go to the Settings page, and choose your email. (Note: You may need to log in again.)
  4. Choose Manage your Intuit account.
  5. Choose Products & billing, then pick your company name. This takes you to your subscription page.
  6. Locate the product you want to cancel, then click on Cancel subscription.
  7. You'll see a multiple choice survey on why you're canceling your subscription. Once done, hit Continue to cancel.
  8. You'll see a page that details product benefits, and the last day you'll be able to use your subscription. Hit Continue to cancel.
  9. Click on Got it to confirm the cancellation.

How do i Cancel my subscription

Ive tried all of your suggestions and there is no place to cancel like it says it has.  We need to cancel this and do not wish to pay another month's dues.

Allow me to chime in and assist you with canceling the QuickBooks subscription.


To clarify, may I know where did you purchase your subscription? The instructions for canceling a subscription will depend on how you bought the product. The steps provided by my colleague are only applicable to users who purchased an account online directly from Intuit.

 

You can follow these steps if you purchased the subscription through the Apple App Store (iOS, iPhone, iPad):

 

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Choose your Name to access your Apple ID.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Press QuickBooks Online.
  5. Hit Cancel.

 

For a subscription purchased through the Google Play Store (Android phones and tablets), here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Play Store app.
  2. Select the Profile icon.
  3. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then select Subscriptions.
  4. Choose the QuickBooks Online app.
  5. On the Manage Subscriptions window, select Cancel subscription.


It'd also be best to contact our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check on your account and provide information if you're eligible for a refund.

 

Here's how to reach them:
 

  1. Click on Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Hit on the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Press on Let's talk.
  5. Select on Get a callback.
  6. Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.

How do i Cancel my subscription

I've followed your instructions and there is no place to cancel like your instructions show.  I purchased the program through Intuit and all that is coming up is a screen that is asking for my payment information.
