I can help you guide on updating payment information in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can go to Account and Settings to update your payment information. This way, your account will be active.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Settings ⚙, then Account and Settings.
- Navigate to Billing Subscription.
- To update your payment information, press Edit then enters the details.
Once done, you can now activate your subscription.
