Join nowI have QB Desktop PRO Plus 2024. How do I create a user that only has access to creating, and printing invoices and packing slips? I know how to create a user but when I picked their roles, they only give me the option to let the user create and print transactions, so this user has access to receiving payments and viewing how much is owed. But I don't want the user to be able to view any of that. I only want them to have access to creating, saving and printing invoices and packing slips. If anyone can help me out with this I would appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
Hello there, @amandawp. I see that you want to add user and limit their access to creating, saving, and printing invoices and packing slips only.
Currently, adding users who can only access invoices without accessing the receiving payments is unavailable. I know that this feature could be advantageous for your business. That said, I'd recommend submitting feedback to our product development team. Your suggestions and ideas will be taken into careful consideration and may implemented in future updates.
