You can remove your accountant from the My Accountant page by removing his/her accountant access first. Let me show you how.
- On the Manage Users page, click Accountants.
- Go to the ACTION column, then click the drop-down menu.
- Select Delete.
- Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Once deleted, the history of transactions managed by the accountant remain in the recent transactions. In addition, you need to be a company or master admin so you can delete an accountant user. If you aren't, I recommend contacting the admin of your QuickBooks Online account to perform the deletion.
