Before downgrading, you'll want to check out this comparison chart to see which subscription fits your business needs.
To downgrade:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription. Make sure your payment info is up-to-date.
- Click Downgrade your plan. If you can’t see this option, follow this link to downgrade.
- Select Choose Plan.
- Review what's changing with your new plan.
- When you're ready, select Continue or Submit.
- Review the billing details.
- Click Change plan, then Done.
To double-check the changes made, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin.
- Select the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Go to Billing & Subscription, then check your plan details.
