How do I ENTIRELY delete my account?

I understand you'll want to remove your profile from any Intuit account. 

 

After you cancel your subscription, you can login to your Intuit account and request the complete removal of your data from our servers. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to accounts.intuit.com, then save the customer login with their account information.
  2. Go to the Data & Privacy on the left of the page and click Continue on the Delete line.
  3. Select the Make a delete request at the bottom of the page.
  4. Confirm your email address, then choose Continue.
  5. Check the boxes of all products you want your information deleted from, then select the Continue button.
  6. You will then be asked to confirm that you want to send the request. Check the box I understand what'll happen after my data is deleted and I want to send this request, and select the Continue button.
  7. Finally, enter your password and select the button Delete this data, then select Done.

 

You'll get an email with details on the following steps. It could take anywhere from a few days to 45 days to complete. Within 72 hours, you'll have the option to cancel the request.
