To ensure your renewal is handled securely, I recommend logging into your QuickBooks Online account directly. Once signed in, go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Subscriptions and billing. From there, you'll see details such as your renewal date, plan type, and payment method.
Regarding the emails you’re receiving, QuickBooks will only send legitimate communication from official Intuit domains, such as @intuit.com or @quickbooks.com. Fraudulent emails often have poor formatting, generic greetings, or unusual links that don’t match the Intuit domain. Avoid clicking any links in emails you suspect are fraudulent.
