How do I find reconciliation reports with total of expenses in their categories?

Hello, @s.valencia1958.

 

You can generate and customized the Transaction Detail by Account. It displays a list of your transactions with its reconciliation status. I can guide you in doing so.

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Scroll down to the For my accountant section.
  3. Double-click on the Transaction Detail by Account.
  4. Click the Customize button.
  5. From the Rows/Column section, make sure to include Clr.
  6. Expand the Filter section.
  7. From the Account drop-down, select the bank account you want to view.
  8. Select Reconciled from the Cleared drop-down.
  9. Click the Run Report button.
