Welcome to the Community, marcy-bermanmove.

If your accountant's using QuickBooks Online Accountant, or would like to sign up for it, you can invite them to access your company. This enables them to review data, make corrections themselves, and collaborate with you on any issues. Accountant users also have additional privileges to undo entire reconciliations, reclassify transactions, write off invoices, and help prepare for taxes.

Here's how to send them an invitation:

  1. Sign in as a primary admin.
  2. Use the Gear icon, then go to Manage users.
  3. Access your Accountants or Accounting firms tab.
  4. Enter their email address.
  5. Select Invite.

Your accountant will receive an email about the invitation. You'll know when they've accepted your request when their status on the Manage users screen changes from "Invited" to "Active".

I've also included a detailed resource about inviting accountants which may come in handy moving forward: Add accountant users

If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have an awesome Friday!
