Nice to see you here in the QuickBooks Community! Let's start with removing the other 5 same user names. Here's how:
- Sign in to QuickBooks as the Admin or a user profile that has permission to manage users.
- Choose Settings ⚙ and click Manage users.
- Find the user you want to delete. Select the arrow icon in the Action column.
- Hit Delete and in the confirmation window, click Delete again.

To narrow this down and find a solution for the problem, I would like you to test this in a different browser and see if you are still getting the same response. Also, is this happening only to that user?
