How do I reactivate a client

Let me walk you through the process on how to reactivate a client in Quickbooks Online.

 

If you're trying to reactivate a client's company in your QBOA account, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to Clients on the left menu.
  2. Click the tiny Gear icon then check Include inactive clients.
  3. Find the clients company and click the Make active link in the drop-down arrow.

However, if you're referring to a customer in your QuickBooks Online account, here's how to make a customer make inactive:

 

  1. Go to Sales, then select Customers.
  2. In the Action column, click the small Gear icon then check Include inactive.
  3. Find the customer and click the Make active link in the drop-down arrow.
