How do I send my cpa an invite

Glad to have you here in the QuickBooks Community. I can help with adding your CPA as a user in QuickBooks Online. Just follow these steps:

1.     Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2.     Click on the Gear Icon > Manage Users.
3.     Go to the Accountants section and click Invite Accountant.
4.     Enter your accountant's email address and first/last name (optional). They will receive an email with a link for signing in to your company.
5.     They will be asked to create a user ID before signing in the first time, unless they already have an account with Intuit Business Services.
6.     Until your accountant signs in, their status on the Manage Users page is "Invited." After accepting the invitation, their status changes to "Active."
7.     Click Next and Finish.

We have a little or complicated issues with Intuit Full Service Payroll.  Our Quickbooks accounting and Intuit Payroll were totally separated and when we invited our CPA to view our account, he can only view the Quickbooks accounting.  He can't view the Intuit Payroll at all.  Please help!

For your situation, the QuickBooks Online (QBO) company is separate from your payroll service. This is the reason why your accountant was unable to view your payroll service. 

To resolve this issue, I suggest you contact our Technical Support team for assistance. They can pull up your account within a secure environment, and provide a resolution for your separated QBO company and payroll service.
