You can generate and customize the Profit and Loss report. I can guide you on how to do it.
- Go to the Reports menu.
- From the Business Overview section, select the Profit and Loss report.
- Click the Compare another period drop-down.
- Put a checkmark on the following:
- % of income
- Choose either Previous Period, Previous Year, Year-To-Date (YTD), and Previous Year-to-date (PY YTD)
- Click the Run Report button.
Once completed, you can save the customization that you've made for future use. Also, you can download and email this report. You can browse these articles to learn more about filtering and customizing your report in QuickBooks:
