How do I view this as the customer?
For clarification, QuickBooks does not provide a direct feature in your Intuit account to view your invoice history as a customer. This functionality is mainly designed for business owners who are responsible for managing and sending invoices.
To view your paid invoices, the most effective method is to check the email account associated with these transactions. Whenever an invoice is issued to you, QuickBooks Online sends an email from the business you are working with. This email contains a link to the invoice, which you can access at any time.

Now I'm not receiving invoices by email either. How do I view them to pay them?
Let's ensure to check your spam or junk folder, as well as any emails filters that might be blocking emails from QuickBooks, Unhappy11.
If you don’t find any emails there, I suggest you contact the business owner or service provider sending the invoices. They may be able to resend the invoice to you or grant you direct access to their invoicing system. Please also ensure that your vendor has your correct email address, as any mistakes or outdated information could prevent you from receiving invoices.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), invoices can be sent to customers either via email or through an invoice link. Emailed transactions can be found in the inbox of the receiving customers, while those receiving an invoice link will only be able to access their invoices by clicking on the link. To access your invoices, just simply click the link provided that was emailed to you.
