How do renew my subscription after the trial period has expired?

You've just come to the right decision, @successfulwomena.

 

I can guide you in re-activating your QuickBooks Online account. 

  1. Go to the Gear⚙icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription menu.
  4. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade
  5. Choose the plan you want, and click Upgrade.
  6. Confirm your payment information and Hit Save.

Every time your subscription renews, you should be receiving email notifications where the invoices are attached.

Keep in mind, you have to pay in full price if you are doing it from the trial account. Another option, utilize Chronobooks to copy data between QBO accounts. Once you are ready to proceed, open a new QBO account with current discounted plan. You may have a limited time until next week for this workaround.
