I can guide you in re-activating your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to the Gear⚙icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Click the Billing & Subscription menu.
- In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade.
- Choose the plan you want, and click Upgrade.
- Confirm your payment information and Hit Save.
Every time your subscription renews, you should be receiving email notifications where the invoices are attached.
