Hi there, drnicole.

We’re constantly working on improvements and new features to provide you with the best experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO). We want to deliver the best product, value, and experience to our customers, which means investing in the latest innovations and technology.

With this, it's best to reach out to our live support team, as they are well-equipped to discuss your billing and provide detailed information about the various QuickBooks pricing options that might be better economically:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chat box, select Talk to a Human or tap the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Type in your reason for contacting us in the What can we help you with? box and click Continue.
  5. From the options, select either Chat with us to start a conversation or Receive a Callback to get a spot in line and call you back.

Please also note their support hours so you can contact them at your convenience. For more details, please refer to this article about contacting our support: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.

I've added these articles to help you learn more about your subscription and charges:

Feel free to comment below if you have additional questions about managing your subscription, drnicole. I'm always around to lend a hand for help. Take care!
