I have tried to reach support via callback, to QB's credit I get a I get a callback right away. Unfortunately, it's useless, it's always the same M.O. After they get my license ID they put me on hold then hang up on me or when they hear about the problem and realize it's a tough one, they put me on extended hold or tell me that I have the wrong department and then ask me to follow the same steps that got me to them in the first place.
What happens when the often redundant copies of the same 'expert' advice on your forums don't work? What am I, S.O.L now since it appears I can't get a hold of anybody with proper knowledge of the inner workings of your software or even willingness to help?
