How to access previous year QB desktop as Pro Advisor

Hello there, Hlbjazz.

 

I'm here to help and guide you on how to access QuickBooks Desktop Pro Advisor. 

 

Are you trying to reactive your previous service for QuickBooks Desktop Pro Advisor? If so, you'll need to access CAMPS website to do this. Log in to the Manage your QuickBooks web page and select the QuickBooks Desktop tile.

 

To reactivate your canceled service, here's how: 

  1. Select the Notification icon.
  2. From the list, find the suspended service/subscription and select the link to reactivate.
  3. Enter or update your payment information.
  4. Select Save and Continue.
  5. Review the information from the summary window and if everything is correct, click Reactivate.

Once done, you'll get a message that confirms the reactivation including an order email.
