Here’s how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Settings, then select Subscriptions and billing.
- Find the QuickBooks Live Expert Full Service Bookkeeping tile and select Cancel.
- Follow the prompts in the next window to confirm your cancellation.
If you decide to resubscribe to Live in the future, you can follow the same steps you used when you first subscribed.
