If you signed up through the mobile app store, you'll need to go to the app store to cancel. To do this:
- Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Choose your Name to access your Apple ID.
- Then, select Subscriptions and press QuickBooks Online.
- Once done, tap Cancel.
