I'm happy to walk you through changing your password.
You'll need to use the admin email in order to change the password.
Listed below are the steps to switch your password
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select User Profile.
- To change your user ID or email address, select Edit, but for your password go to Security, then Edit.
Correct your user ID or password on Intuit Account Manager
- Sign in at accounts.intuit.com with your QuickBooks sign-in info.
- To change your user ID or email address, select Edit.
- To switch your password, select Security, then Edit.
