I know a way how to change your password in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Neilheil.
If you are trying to update your password when logging in to your QBO account, we have different ways how to do it. If you’ve already signed in to the program, just follow the steps below:
- Click your Profile icon next to the Gear icon, then select Manage your Intuit Account.
- In the Intuit Account Manager, select Sign in & security.
- Choose the User ID, Email address, Password, or Phone section.
- Make your changes.
- When you're done, press Save.
We can also update your password directly in the Intuit Account Manager. Let me guide you on how:

- Click the Sign in & security menu.
