How to completely delete my quickbooks account and start over with the same email

I’ve got some information to share with you about deleting an account, @eugenedpaulinofu.

The recommendation provided by our Community backer Fiat Lux – ASIA, is correct. You can create a dummy email address to replace your primary email. This way, you can open the new QuickBooks Online account directly without selecting a company.

After changing, make sure to cancel the incorrect QuickBooks subscription to avoid charges. Then, you can delete your company data.

Here’s how you do it:

1. Go to the URL in your browser's address bar.
2. Delete all the text after the last / and enter purgecompany. Example (https://...qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany)
3. To proceed, enter Yes.
4. Select OK, then Wipe data.
