How to remove website address (URL) from Account and Settings > Contact info

I no longer want to provide my website address on any form or report or anything. Let's just say, I no longer have a website at all. QBO doesn't allow me to simply delete the address. Instead, it gives me an error saying, "Please enter a valid entry."

Surely not every company using QBO has a website, so how do I remove the address?

How to remove website address (URL) from Account and Settings > Contact info

You didn’t come close to addressing my ask; you weren’t even in the ballpark. Moreover, the link you provided is equally unhelpful.

Please re-read my post, carefully, and look at the screenshot I uploaded with my post. It is literally impossible to simplify my request any further.

How to remove website address (URL) from Account and Settings > Contact info

I understand that you wish to remove the URL/website from your forms or any other transactions, SB Gravity. Allow me to provide some clarification on this matter.

Since you've mentioned that you don't want to include your website address in any form, it's best to untick the Website option within the Custom Form Styles. Please note that only your sales forms, such as InvoicesEstimates, and Sales receipts, will be affected.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon located at the top right.
  2. Under the Your Company column, click the Custom form styles.
  3. Press the New style dropdown and choose a specific sales form. If you have an existing Custom form style, you can hit the Edit icon.
  4. Click the Content tab and click the Header section.
  5. Below the +Address option, click the +Website and see if it's ticked. If so, untick it to exclude it from your sales forms as you print or send it to your customer.
  6. Once done making changes, hit Done

Additionally, removing the website within your Company Settings is currently unavailable. Therefore, I recommend sending your feedback to our product engineers so they may review your suggestion and consider including it in the software.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon located in your top right corner.
  2. Under the Profile column, select Feedback
  3. Enter your idea in the provided field.
  4. Click Next to submit.

Also, please note that you can printexport, or view your report without including the URL, as this will only be reflected in your forms.
