While you can't directly export reconciliation reports in QBO, I have a workaround that can help you save it as a PDF using your browser. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Reconcile.
- Choose an account you want to reconcile from the dropdown menu.
- Click the History by account button.
- Find the reconciliation report you want to save and click the dropdown button next to View Report.
- Select Print.
- You'll be prompted to print the report. Change the Destination from your printer to Save as PDF.
- Hit Save.
