The Mailchimp QuickBooks Online integration syncs customer and order data to the Mailchimp audience of your choosing. The customer information in QBO syncs to Mailchimp as contacts in the audience.
Additionally, the contacts are tagged as having been imported from QuickBooks Online, which helps you identify them for targeted marketing efforts. When you're ready, here's how:
- In your Mailchimp account, select the Integrations icon.
- Select QuickBooks Online Beta or Mailchimp for QuickBooks Online.
- In the Select an audience field, click the drop-down arrow and then choose the Mailchimp audience you want to sync your QuickBooks Online customers to.
- In the Select contact status field, click the drop-down arrow and then pic a status.
- Hit Connect to QuickBooks, then enter your QuickBooks login information.
- Select Sign In, then choose a company.
- Click Next, then read the permissions.
- Select Connect to complete the process.
