Join nowThank you. I have been in contact with help many, many times by chat since Thanksgiving. I have 2 case numbers numbers, and am on online chat with them at this moment.
Finally, I have just received through chat the exact amount of a refund, and the date range it will be issued.
If it actually happens is yet to be seen.
I want to note here that every single support representative I have talked to has been very polite and as helpful as they could. It is only the QuickBooks COMPANY that has restricted their ability to satisfy my needs and requests which have always been reasonable

I am a very, very, small user yet have used their products since the 1990's in my capacity as bookkeeper for several businesses. I feel the COMPANY should be treating me better.
I will not accept this as a solution until I actually receive the funds due to me.
