If you prefer to choose QBO Plus or a lower version, you will need to reduce your Total Target size to less than 350K by condensing it or purchasing a third party conversion service.

When migrating to QuickBooks Online it only takes about 30 minutes to complete. You'll want to make sure that you're in QBDT until the migration is complete.
Your computer's specifications, the internet, and any other background apps can all slow down data migration. Other apps that are running in the background may need to be closed. Simply hold down CTRL and ALT while pressing the DELETE key. Then, close any programs you aren't using right now.

Total target is only 178 thus I don't have to reduce the size. Can you please help me with it?
Run the the Verify/Rebuild Data utility and try to migrate your data again. If the same error persists, try migrating the sample company files to QBO to make sure your QBD 2022 is working normally.
